We have a stringent evaluation process to ensure that the products we sell through our portal are ecofriendly, biodegradable, handmade, herbal and organic etc. as appropriate. In most of the cases, we try to source the products from the manufactures, farmers and artisans directly who has the related certifications and credentials. We also ensure that the products we source are certified by different international and regional certification bodies such as USDA / EU, PeTA, GOTS, Cruelty Free, Vegan etc. and these details are clearly mentioned in the product descriptions.
Online Orders can be paid using via credit/debit cards from VISA or MASTERCARD. We use one of the safest payment gateway providers in the region, Telr, and ensure that you have a secure payment. We do not store any credit card details and all card details are directly processed by the payment gateway company. Therefore we do not have access to your credit card details.
Online payments are accepted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and US Dollar (USD). You will be billed according to the currency you used for the online payment.
We do accept Cash on Delivery payments for orders to be delivered in UAE
We provide free shipping on all orders above AED 100 in UAE and for orders under/less than AED 100 will attract a shipping charge of AED 10 per delivery.
GCC & International Shipping Charges are calculated on checkout and our delivery partner offers very competitive rates. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for paying duty, taxes, or other applicable fees before you can receive your package. These policies are set locally by respective government authorities and compliance to these policies is the responsibility of the customer.
We accept online orders for delivery in UAE, GCC and internationally with competitive rates.
Upon successful processing of your order, you will receive an email confirming your order from us. This email will also give you a link to print your invoice. Then, within two days you will be notified of the delivery of your order via email, after your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
If we have not dispatched your order from our warehouse, we can try to make the appropriate shipping changes. Please send us an email with your order number and revised shipping address immediately. However, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to the Shipping address.
Please send us an email notifying us that you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, we can only refund the cost of the items, and not the shipping charges.
