• GreenCart.ae ship across UAE, GCC and internationally. All our orders are dispatched within 2 business working days of the order being processed. We use reputed third party fulfilmentagencies for storing, packing and delivering our products.
- Products are expected to reach you within 3-4 working days of placing the order in UAE.
- GCC delivery will be within 5-8 working days of placing the order.
- International delivery time may vary depending on the location.
• UAE Shipping Charges: We provide free shipping on all orders above AED 100 in UAE and for orders under/less than AED 100 will attract a shipping charge of AED 10 per delivery.
• GCC & International Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated on checkout and our delivery partner offers very competitive rates. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for paying duty, taxes, or other applicable fees before you can receive your package. These policies are set locally by respective government authorities and compliance to these policies is the responsibility of the customer.
• The multiple booking/orders/shipmentsmay result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
UAE VAT Compliance
All purchases will attract 5% VAT and price shown in our website is of inclusive of the tax. Also shipping charges shown will be including of 5% of VAT.
Tracking Your Order
Your tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email and you can start tracking your order within 2 days of your order being processed. We only use reputed courier companies for all our dispatches and they are fully traceable online till they are delivered.
Return / Refunds
Before dispatching all our orders, we follow proper quality checks to ensure that your order is packed securely and correctly. However if you are received the product damaged or wrong product or if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable except in case of damaged or wrong products sent.
