What problem it solve?
Copper is known for its health benefits and according to Ayurveda, Tamra Jal (water stored overnight in a copper vessel), has the ability to balance all the three Doshas (imbalances) in the body, viz Vata, Pitta and Kapha by positively charging the water with copper ions, through a natural purification process which has been scientifically proven to destroy microbes in the water. Water stored in a copper vessel is also alkaline and its antimicrobial and anti-carcinogenic properties also purify water.
Every year over 100,000 marine animals die from plastic ingestion and reducing the single use of plastics can save the planet. Copper bottles are an alternative to plastic bottles.
What makes it different from other products?
Modern methods of water storage and ‘on the go’ bottles are made of plastic or synthetic materials. Keeping water for long in these bottles are not healthy especially when the water gets warm or when the plastic bottles are being reused repeatedly. Copper water bottles are the traditionally proven alternative to these problems.
What it is made of?
Our copper bottles are artisan made using the handmade metal casting techniques. It is a modern process with ancient roots. Copper is a soft, malleable, and ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity. A freshly exposed surface of pure copper has a pinkish-orange colour.
